What is Body Doubling?
Body doubling is a productivity technique often used by Autistic people or ADHD / AuDHDers and other neurodivergent conditions.
Simply having another person present while you work can make it easier to:
Start tasks
Stay focused
Reduce procrastination
Maintain momentum
Complete important work
At Perfectly Productive Club, we use regular structured live online body doubling sessions to help members get things done in a supportive and understanding environment.
Being AuDHD / ADHD ourselves we understand how hard it is to get started AND stay on task! We will gently keep you accountable (if you want us to) and you’ll be with people who ‘get it’.

They are run by Kelly and Hester Grainger. Kelly is autistic / ADHD and diagnosed in his forties. Hester is ADHD and she was diagnosed in her forties too.
Sometimes it will be just Kelly or Hester running a session, other times it might be both of them.
-
Perfectly Productive Club is designed to be sustainable for both members and hosts.
We aim to run three live sessions each week throughout the year, although there may occasionally be planned breaks for annual leave and bank holidays. We will keep you posted about these.
