Online event - Late Diagnosis: Now What? Understanding your Neurodivergent Brain
Wednesday 18th March - 10.30am - 11.30am
Sometimes there’s a moment when things suddenly make sense. You see something about ADHD or autism and think, “that sounds familiar.”
Or you receive a diagnosis and years of confusion begin to click into place.
But once the lightbulb goes on, a new question often appears: Now what?
Join Kelly and Hester, a neurodivergent duo, for a live online conversation about understanding your neurodivergent brain and navigating life after late discovery.
This honest, supportive session will explore identity shifts, masking, the mix of emotions that can come with late diagnosis, and what moving forward can look like.
Open to anyone newly diagnosed, self-identifying or questioning.
No formal diagnosis needed. Cameras optional and anonymous questions welcome.
