Who we are…

We are husband and wife team Kelly and Hester Grainger, with a combined total of over 45 years in the workplace, leading, managing and growing teams and brands. We are also parents to two children (age 12 and 14), who were diagnosed as autistic in 2019 and then with ADHD in 2020.

Kelly was diagnosed autistic in his forties and then with ADHD a few years later. Hester a certified ADHD coach, was also diagnosed with ADHD in her forties.

Our children both have ARFID and our daughter is also diagnosed with dyspraxia too. So if you are looking for workplace trainers, consultants and speakers who are actually neurodivergent with lived and learned experience, you've come to the right place.

Their diagnosis experience

Having gone through the autism and ADHD diagnosis process themselves five times times, Hester and Kelly found out first hand the huge lack of support, guidance and information provided. They were simply handed a report and sent on their way. Having spoken to many others, they realised this experience is very common. So they decided that they wanted to do something about it.

What they have learnt

Having both attended tons of courses on autism and Hester reading a host of books, she decided she might as well get a qualification from it! So she has an NCFE CACHS Level 2 certificate in Understanding Autism.

They want to provide support, guidance, understanding and also connect with others on the autism/ADHD path, as it can be lonely.
