Kelly Grainger is the Co-Founder of Perfectly Autistic and a leading advocate for awareness, understanding and acceptance of autism and neurodiversity. Diagnosed as autistic at 44 and with ADHD a year laterafter both of his children received the same diagnoses, Kelly blends lived and learned experience to support neurodivergent individuals and help organisations thrive.
With over two decades in senior corporate roles across the UK and internationally, Kelly has worked in industries including media, recruitment, manufacturing and travel and entertainment, working for brands such as PepsiCo, Merlin Entertainments, and News International. His leadership experience spans sales and marketing, team development and talent recruitment, giving him a unique insight into building inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
More recently, Kelly has delivered keynote talks and training for organisations including British Academy, Royal Caribbean, British Airways and the NHS, as well as coaching senior leaders at TUI and working with Red Bull Racing. He is also a qualified workplace mediator, helping to resolve conflict and improve communication in professional settings.
Renowned for his openness, authenticity and expertise, Kelly shares the realities of being an undiagnosed autistic and ADHD adult in the corporate world, the barriers he faced and how overcoming them has shaped the person and professional, he is today.
Hester Grainger, Co-Founder

Hester Grainger is the Co-Founder of Perfectly Autistic and a leading advocate for ADHD, autism, and neurodiversity. Diagnosed with ADHD at 43 after both of her children and her husband, Kelly, were also diagnosed as autistic and ADHD. Hester blends over 25 years of media, PR and communications expertise, with lived neurodivergent insight to inspire change and improve workplace inclusion.
A former TV presenter and BBC radio host, Hester began her career on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff before moving into production roles at ITV, including Loose Women. She went on to work in PR and communications for brands such as Hitachi Capital, Randstad and the British Dyslexia Association, later leading campaigns for BMW Alphabet, Mars Drinks, Sport Relief and AXA PPP Healthcare.
More recently, she has delivered a keynote at The Disability Expo, spoken on panels at The British Travel and Tourism Show, hosted Neurodiversity Celebration Week panels with over 13,000 attendees, coached senior leaders at Red Bull Racing and toured the UK with her one-woman theatre show ADHD Unmasked. She was also invited to speak at the House of Commons on ADHD and neurodiversity.
Regularly featured as a trusted ADHD expert, Hester has appeared on BBC Radio 2, Radio 4, Radio 5 Live, BBC World Service, ITV News, and contributed to Forbes, The Telegraph, The FT, and more. Known for her authenticity, humour, and energy, she helps organisations and individuals embrace neurodiversity, creating environments where people can thrive.
