Got a question?

  • Absolutely, I do! Just email me letting me know the amount your award is and I will let you know how many sessions that will cover with me.

  • No problem! We can book blocks of 6 or 12. You can do 6, then take a break and do another 6.

Or do 12 sessions, then another 6. Whatever works for you!

  • I only coach people over 21.

But I do offer coaching for family support, so I coach parents / carers to help support their family

  • Not at all. Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identifying, or just exploring, I would love to work with you!

It doesn’t matter if you have ADHD, are autistic or AuDHD - I’ve got you!

  • Therapy often looks at the past. Looking backwards exploring feelings, experiences and mental health.

ADHD coaching is all about looking to the future.

It’s about practical strategies, accountability and building confidence to move forward.

Many people benefit from both, but coaching is especially helpful if you want to take action and see change in your day-to-day life.

  • Coaching can support every area of life. From organisation and routines, to relationships, parenting and even confidence.

Many clients start coaching with me thinking about work, but we often end up transforming their personal life too.

  • Send me an email to Hello@perfectlyadhd.co.uk.

We can then book a free intro call in, to see if you’d like to work with me and can take it from there!
