So excited for our meet up on Thursday 5 November.
I (Hester Grainger) is going to be talking all about ADHD and burnout.
We’ll be talking about why burnout can hit ADHDers so hard, how to recognise when you’re running on empty and practical things that can help with recovery and prevention.
The meet up is Thursday 5 November from 6pm – 7.45pm at John Lewis, Norwich. In The Platter (formerly The Place to Eat).
There is a car park on site which is FREE from 5pm.
There will be about 15-20min min to chat, then a quick welcome from me and the talk will start about 6.20pm.
The talk will last about 30mins and there will be time for questions. The rest of the time will be for chatting and connecting with other women with ADHD.
To help everyone feel comfortable, there’ll be optional coloured name stickers you can wear:
❤️ Red – I’m happy just being here and taking it all in
🧡 Amber – I’d love to chat, but might not start the conversation
💚 Green – I’m happy to chat and easy to approach
You can change your sticker at any time, it’s just there to make things feel a little easier.
Tickets: £10
Community tickets: £5
Community tickets are available for anyone experiencing financial hardship who genuinely wouldn’t be able to attend at the standard ticket price.
No explanation or proof is needed — just send me a DM to request one.
Please only choose a community ticket if the standard £10 ticket would otherwise prevent you from attending, so we can keep them available for those who really need them.
