So excited that Julia Sinclair will be joining us at our next Norfolk Women with ADHD evening.
Julia is running a session called ‘Women with ADHD/AuDHD: Why your nervous system works harder, why that matters and what do about it’.
It’s on Thursday 25th June from 6pm – 7.45pm at John Lewis, Norwich. There is a car park on site which is free from 5pm.
There will be about 15-20min min welcome and the talk will start between 6.20-6.30pm.
The talk will last about 20 mins and the rest of the time will be for chatting and connecting with other women with ADHD.
As Julia explains ‘There is quite the Venn diagram between the two and learning about your the nervous system and how to manage/regulate it is a game changer!’
To help everyone feel comfortable, there’ll be optional coloured stickers you can wear:
❤️ Red – I’m happy just being here and taking it all in
🧡 Amber – I’d love to chat, but might not start the conversation
💚 Green – I’m happy to chat and easy to approach
You can change your sticker at any time, it’s just there to make things feel a little easier.
