Can’t wait for you to join me for a guided conversation in a safe, structured space and the chance to connect with other ADHD brains who just get it.
Just “learn about ADHD and meet others” in a way that feels relaxed but structured.
The first topic will be ADHD & Burnout on Thursday 26th March from 7-9pm.
Earlybird price of £15 until 11:59pm on Thursday 19th March. Then it will go to £18.
The format will be a short input from me (20–25 mins).
Small-group conversations round a table (so it doesn’t feel overwhelming)
Whole-group reflection (no pressure to speak)
Time to mingle and connect at the end
Many women with ADHD experience burnout — not just from working too hard, but from the constant mental effort of trying to keep up with systems that don’t always work for an ADHD brain.
In this session we’ll explore why burnout is so common for ADHD women, how it shows up, and what can help.
There will be a short introduction from me, Hester, followed by small group conversations and time to mingle with other women who understand.
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your brain, some practical ideas to protect your energy, and the reassurance that you’re not the only one navigating this.
