Terms & Conditions for Certified Neurodiversity Trainer course - Individual
Eligibility: Delegates must be aged 21 or over at the time of completing this form.
Course Places: All places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Completion of this form does not guarantee a place. If you are offered a place, confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Payment: Full payment must be made to Perfectly Autistic Ltd at least 14 days before the course starts. Your place is only guaranteed once payment has been received. Until then, your place may be given to someone else who has paid in full.
Instalment Options: Delegates may choose to pay in full or instalments (2 or 4). Instalment amounts and dates will be clearly confirmed at the time of booking. The first instalment is due at booking; the final instalment must be cleared at least 14 days before the course begins.
Course Numbers & Delivery: Courses will run subject to minimum numbers. Perfectly Autistic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course if necessary. You will be notified by email.
Cancellations by Perfectly Autistic: If the course is cancelled by Perfectly Autistic, a full refund will be made to the source of your original payment.
Cancellations by Delegate
· If you cancel more than 14 days before the course starts, you’ll receive a full refund.
· If you cancel within 14 days of the course start date, no refund will be given.
· If you don’t attend the course (no-show), no refund will be given.
No-Shows & Postponements: If you do not attend the course (no-show), no refund will be given. If you request to postpone / change your course date, an admin fee of £150 + VAT will be charged.
Course Experience: We aim to provide a neurodivergent-friendly learning environment. Cameras do not need to be kept on at all times and fidgeting / movement is welcome.
Trainers: While Kelly and Hester Grainger lead the Academy, courses may be delivered by one or both of them.
