Why train with us?
Hester adds her lived experience of ADHD (diagnosed in her forties) and neurodiversity, alongside her background as a certified ADHD coach.
A former TV presenter and BBC radio host, Hester began her career on Channel 5’s The Wright Stuff before moving into production roles at ITV. She went on to work in PR and communications for over 20 years for brands such as Hitachi, British Dyslexia Association, Sport Relief and BMW.
This means when you join the Academy to become a neurodiversity trainer, you’re not just learning “how to train”. You are gaining direct insight from neurodivergent professionals who combine lived experience with corporate expertise, shaping the future of neurodiversity in workplaces, on stage and in the media.
We’ve spent the last five years running Perfectly Autistic, delivering neurodiversity training to tens of thousands of people and helping hundreds of organisations embed lasting change.
Our clients include Red Bull Racing, TUI (we’ve trained over 2500 members of their staff), Sony Music, Marks and Spencer, British Airways, the NHS, and more. Our work spans corporate training, neurodiversity consultancy, keynote speaking, ADHD coaching, workplace mediation and even a UK-wide theatre tour, all about ADHD and neurodiversity!
Kelly brings a unique perspective as one of the few certified workplace mediators who is also diagnosed autistic and ADHD. Prior to that he was in senior corporate roles across the UK and internationally. He has worked in industries including recruitment, manufacturing and travel and entertainment, working for brands such as PepsiCo, Merlin Entertainments and News International.

Whether you’re new to training or already experienced, the Academy will help you develop a clear structure, polish your delivery and build your training offering.
-
Unlike pre-recorded or generic “train the trainer” programmes, this Academy is taught live by us - Kelly and Hester.
We’ve trained tens of thousands of people through Perfectly Autistic, delivered consultancy to global brands, and Hester has toured the UK with her show ADHD Unmasked.
We bring our lived experience: Kelly is autistic and ADHD and Hester has ADHD - they also have two teens who are Autistic / ADHD - one with a PDA profile who is dyspraxic too. That blend of professional expertise and personal insight and lived experience makes this a unique and practical learning experience.

You’ll also want to allow 1–2 hours a week for reflection, practice or applying what you’ve learned.
Everything is designed to be manageable alongside work and life commitments.
