Cuppa and coaching
A cosy online coaching circle for women with ADHD
If you’re craving community, understanding and a space where you can talk openly without feeling judged, Cuppa & Coaching is for you.
This is a gentle, supportive online group coaching circle, run by me, Hester a certified ADHD coach. This designed specifically for ADHD women (whether diagnosed or just curious!) who want connection, practical tools, and weekly guidance in a safe space.
What to Expect
Each 60-minute session includes:
✔ Warm check-in - A relaxed start so everyone can settle and feel safe.
✔ Mini coaching topic - I’ll guide you through an ADHD-friendly theme each week (RSD, time blindness, boundaries, motivation, overwhelm and more).
✔ Group sharing & support - Open, honest conversation held in a confidential and supportive environment.
✔ Practical tools or strategy - Something you can use immediately – worksheets, grounding tools, dopamine menus, planning rituals, etc.
✔ Weekly “tiny win” - You leave with one small, doable action for the week ahead.
