Managers and Team Leaders who want to build confidence in supporting neurodivergent colleagues and create inclusive team environments.
Internal Trainers and L&D Teams who deliver learning in-house and want to expand into neurodiversity awareness.
Whether your organisation is just starting its neurodiversity journey or you already have a DEI strategy in place, this course equips your people with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to deliver awareness training that sticks.
-
No. We’ll teach you everything you need, but an interest and passion about neurodiversity is key. Whether you are a member of an ERG in your organisation or wanting to move into DEI, or already have an HR background, but want to learn more - this is for you.
-
Unlike pre-recorded or generic “train the trainer” programmes, this Academy is taught live by us - Kelly and Hester.
We’ve trained tens of thousands of people through Perfectly Autistic, delivered consultancy to global brands and Hester has even toured the UK with her show ADHD Unmasked.
We bring our lived experience: Kelly is autistic and ADHD and Hester has ADHD - they also have two teens who are Autistic / ADHD - one with a PDA profile who is dyspraxic too. That blend of professional expertise and personal insight and lived experience makes this a unique and practical learning experience.
-
By the end of the 4 week course, you’ll be able to confidently deliver internal neurodiversity awareness sessions within your organisation that are engaging, accurate and inclusive. Explain neurodiversity clearly to colleagues. Facilitate discussions around neurodiversity and inclusion and much more.
-
No and that’s intentional. Instead of handing you a “one-size-fits-all” script, we help you develop the skills, confidence and framework to design your own workshops to reflect your organisation.
This ensures your training reflects your workplace culture, expertise and any lived or relevant experience, making it more authentic and impactful internally.
-
Not at all. While many of our participants are neurodivergent, the Academy is open to anyone who wants to champion neuro-inclusion.
What matters most is a genuine commitment to making workplaces and communities more inclusive.
-
The course runs over four weeks, with a 2-hour live session each week on Microsoft Teams.
You’ll also want to allow 1–2 hours a week for reflection, practice or applying what you’ve learned.
Everything is designed to be manageable alongside work and life commitments.
-
To keep it interactive and personal, we limit each cohort to 12–15 participants.
This allows for plenty of discussion, practice and feedback.
-
Yes. you’ll leave with strategies, resources and connections from your cohort.
We also plan to offer optional ongoing support for Academy graduates, so you can keep developing your skills and building your neurodiversity training business.
